Job Description

Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for assigned projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and healthcare construction standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project challenges. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have :
