- Job Summary
- We are looking for an organized and creative Social Media Assistant that will work in collaboration with our Social Media Manager to aid in project management of day-to-day social media activities and coordinate various administrative projects.To be successful in this role, you must be able to understand the company needs and work creatively to produce the desired products. You will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, align content to our industry to make sure the company stays relevant within the market, and have a strong attention to detail, deadlines, and organization for content management.
- Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide valuable administrative support across various functional areas to aid the Social Media Manager.
- Help oversee the social media remote office, helping smooth internal communication daily and consistently.
- Assist in the management and consistency of social media posting on all 7 platforms everyday.
- Be able to make or communicate necessary revisions to social media content created daily.
- Monitor and ensure the alignment of content with our brand standards.
- Aid in podcast audio postings weekly.
- Manage longer-form content effectively for micro-pieces of social media content to be created from timestamps.
- Oversee the adherence to digital campaign schedules and maintain their progress.
- Execute basic graphic design / video tasks to enhance the quality of social media content
- Support in preparing of project meetings / plans, ensuring timelines / deliverables are met.
- Primary Skills and Requirements :
- Adept in technology with professional experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft and Adobe softwares and scheduling tools.
- Recommended to have some video skills to help aid in social media edits
- Recommended to understand and execute phone camera content that is engaging / clear
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage relationships, both internal and external, at a professional level.
- Detailed oriented and aim for the best quality of work.
- Profound communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly, express thoughts fluently, and adeptly capture others' concepts.
- Maintain consistency in tasks, meet deadlines within the defined role, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
