CNC Bridgemill Machinist $4,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS

Job Description

• Confirm vise is true to machine and review small basic weldment
• Review set up sheet and problem solve any concerns
• Understand basic programming and work with team if concerns
• Run right angle head program
• Run all vertical machines
• Understand basic vacuum tool training
• Set up basic and advanced operations of machine centers
• Use appropriate machining tools : go / no go gauges, calipers, inside micrometers
• Set up, operate, and tend to preventative maintenance for CNC equipment
• Interpret and work from complex drawings and blue prints
• Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformances
• Notify supervisor when work received does not meet the specifications required by previous operators
• Responsible to record an accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reports
• Maintain clean equipment / tools and work area
• Follow established safety procedures
