Information Technology Quality Assurance Manager

Swoon is actively seeking an IT QA Manager to join the team in Camden, NJ. – Relocation is available!

US Citizen or Permanent Resident / Green Card Holder are required – (Sponsorship and C2C is NOT available at this time or in the future)

Base pay range

$100,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

What your day-to-day looks like?

  • Provides leadership for testing principles, strategy, and testing execution of custom-developed platforms.
  • Drives automation leveraging low-code framework with CI / CD processes and enables our SDLC.
  • Oversees quality testing deliverables including UAT, joint integration testing, and WS.
  • Provides leadership and works daily with direct reports and over teams.

What's Required?

  • 6+ years of experience working in quality assurance including all aspects of mobile app testing.
  • Experience managing functional, performance, and automation activities.
  • Team-based budget management experience.
  • Experience with automation testing tools, load and performance testing tools, testing tracking tools and quality assurance testing teams.
  • Experience with smart device interactions – voice and watch is very helpful.
  • Familiarity with California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) and Web Content Accessibility guidelines (WCAG) Level AA.
  • Bachelors Degree Required or 6-8+ years of experience in quality assurance.

    Location – Camden, NJ - Relocation is available!

    Hybrid Role – 3 days a week on-site (1st 90 days are 5 days a week during training period).
