Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and account management
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing; processes, execution, performance tracking, and industry trends
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, including budgeting, influencer selection, contracting, content delivery, and reporting
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team
- Excellent client relationship management skills with a history of driving account success
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with influencers and clients
- In-depth knowledge of all major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn)

An employer is looking to add a Manager to their Influencer Marketing team. This role owns and executes a personal book of Influencer Marketing accounts while also overseeing the success of the broader Account Management team. The Manager ensures all campaigns, both personal and team-managed, are executed to the highest standards, meeting deadlines, exceeding client expectations, and driving measurable results. In addition to campaign execution, this role provides mentorship, guidance, and oversight to Account Managers, fosters operational excellence, and contributes fresh ideas to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Acting as a senior point of contact for internal account communication, the Manager drives strategic alignment and consistent achievement of KPIs across the influencer department.
