job_description.job_card.job_description401K Paid vacation Champion a strong quality culture across the organization Drive reduction of variation through effective quality techniques and methodologies Partner with customers to ensure their quality needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded Improve systems and processes to boost efficiency, minimize waste, and support departmental and company goals Lead and support quality planning activities through the APQP process Manage and prioritize measurement requests from both internal and external customers Develop and maintain robust supplier quality programs Support RPS strategic plan by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Environment, as tracked by the ROS Balanced Scorecard Take direct responsibility for primary goals and objectives while collaborating with peer managers to support broader organizational success Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering 5+ years of experience in a Quality role ISO 9001 : 2015 Lead Auditor Certification Ability to pass vision test Strong knowledge of quality improvement methods (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing) Proficient in structured problem-solving methods (8D and / or 5-Phase) Ability to read and interpret blueprints; knowledge of SPC and GD&T Skilled in performing dimensional verifications
