Responsibilities
Receive admissions and / or transfers to the unitInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentTimely and accurate documentation using appropriate systemsInterpret assessment / diagnostic data including labs and telemetryEnsure medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyCompetence in Rapid Response and code eventsInstruct and counsel patients / familiesPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) LicenseBLS is required at hire.ACLS is required within 6 months of hirePreferred Qualifications :
