MAU is hiring a CMM Programmer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a CMM Programmer, you will develop and maintain coordinate measuring machine (CMM) programs, provide operator support, and lead process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a long-term contract opportunity (18 months).

Monday to Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PMRequired Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or Machinist Apprentice graduate AND 3 years of experience in dimensional inspection ORHigh School Diploma AND 6 years of experience in dimensional inspection3+ years of offline PC-DMIS programming experiencePreferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer ScienceDemonstrated proficiency interpreting drawing requirements and strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5M – 2009)Experience programming and running Coordinate Measuring MachinesExperience working with solid models (preferably NX 1965 / 2206)Structure Light Scanning experience (preferably with GOM ATOS Professional Software)Programming experience in VBA, Python, or similarExperience with HDGT or Aerospace componentsGeneral Requirements
Strong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbove-average shop math skills, particularly in geometry and trigonometryAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrentlyEffective communication skills in a team-based, matrixed organizationComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and leading change initiativesEssential Functions
Generate, maintain, and verify CMM programs utilizing PC-DMIS or other softwareManipulate models using NX 1965 to support CMM programmingProvide CMM support to Manufacturing Engineers and train operators on new or improved processesSupport daily CMM programming and troubleshooting needs on the shop floorDevelop and maintain workstation instructions for CMM-related tasksLead process improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost of CMM processesCommunicate effectively with relevant team membersOperate effectively both independently and within a team environmentAdapt to and drive positive change in a dynamic manufacturing settingAll Applicants must submit to background check and drug screening
