Program Description
The program provides recent graduates with a well-rounded view of our dynamic business. Over the course of the two-year program, associates will :

Program Structure
Program Structure – Associates will begin their career at LDC by completing four six-month assignments in different departments at two LDC locations, allowing for a well-rounded experience. The departments include : project engineering, process engineering, maintenance and reliability, safety health and environmental, quality assurance, and industrial operations.

Job Locations
Various locations in US and Canada – must be open to relocation.
Industrial environment – working at heights, stair climbing, confined spaces, varying temperatures, grain dust. Personal Protective Equipment is provided & required.
