Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure alignment with client needs.Talent Pipeline Management :
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.Job Advertising :
Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Negotiation and Offer Management :
Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.Relationship Building :
Cultivate and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.Market Knowledge :
Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.Compliance :
