Staffmark is hiring an Assembly and Packaging Worker in Rogers, AR to support the production of high-quality paper products, laminated sheets, and mounting boards. Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate : $15.50 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Inspect, sort, and package paper products to meet quality standards

Operate lamination equipment and apply vegetable-based glue

Use cutting tools and machines to trim materials to precise sizes

Perform light assembly tasks including board prep and framing

Lift and move materials safely (up to 60 lbs)

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

What We're Looking For

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly

Comfortable working with tools and equipment in a production setting

Basic math and measuring skills

Ability to read a tape measure is a plus

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-minded
