Security Professional - Aerospace Unarmed Patrols

As a Security Professional - Aerospace Unarmed Patrols in Annapolis, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense environment. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to all individuals on site. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and support a secure atmosphere for all personnel and visitors. Pay Rate : $19.43 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Mon 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM Tue 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM Wed 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM Sat 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM Sun 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters at the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Monitor for unusual activity or potential threats within the aerospace and defense environment, reporting findings according to protocol.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment, adapting to varying working conditions as required by the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
  • State, county, or city issued security-related license preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
