The University Registrar's Office is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support key administrative functions. This position involves working with both digital and physical records, helping ensure the accuracy and organization of student data. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of transcript scanning, room reservation review, and document filing. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining professional office experience in a supportive and structured environment.

Essential Duties

• Scan and digitize paper transcripts into the student records system
• Validate student data for accuracy and consistency
• Review and process reservation requests submitted through 25Live
• File and organize physical and electronic documents in appropriate systems
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student information
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
