The Manager is actively involved in the selection, hiring, mentoring and training of blood bank (and laboratory) staff. The Manager strives to promote harmonious and effective relationships within the laboratory / blood budgets, and evaluates and implements new clinical techniques. The Manager is able to rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to effectively accomplish responsibilities. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected along with the ability to lead, develop and direct others.
