JOB SUMMARY
Specialized and skilled leader for a non-credited physical education program. Creates and implements physical education programming for participants, may serve as a lead or mentor for other program instructors and may be required to provide instruction. Instructors at this level demonstrate discretion, initiative and independence.
APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
Budgeted Salary : By Agreement $50-$80 / class. Salary commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience. Under California law, the University of California, Santa Cruz is required to post a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The salary shown above is the budgeted amount the University reasonably expects to pay and the salary extended should not exceed this posted amount.

JOB DUTIES
Plans, organizes and implements physical education programming.
Maintains files, records and prepares reports as necessary.
Participates in required professional development activities.
Reports safety issues to appropriate personnel and recommends improvements.
