What You’ll Do :
- Lead daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellent service.
- Motivate, coach, and support your team to perform at their best.
- Maintain cleanliness, operational standards, and safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
- Participate in our commission program – all employees can earn extra!
