The Customer Experience organization is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. As the Managing Director / Director of Sales Compensation you will lead a team that works across end to end compensation needs for Google Cloud providing a central point of accountability.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $315,000-$439,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
