Associate Manager, Security
Overview Foot Locker is looking for a proactive and experienced Associate Manager, Security to support best-in-class security operations in our North America region. With an "Always on Never No" mentality, this role plays a critical part in supporting the safety of our associates, customers, and assets across the Americas region. You will coordinate security operations 24 / 7, manage emergency response processes, and lead projects that protect and strengthen our business. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day security operations for all facility, corporate, retail, and distribution centers in North America and support globally. Support the 24 / 7 Security Operations Center (SOC) ensuring swift, coordinated responses to incidents. Manage access control and visitor management system and maintain high security standards for site access. Build and manage relationships with security vendors; assist with installation and maintenance of alarm, CCTV, and access control systems. Support security system installations at retail locations, manage alarm activations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain updated contact lists. Oversee alarm monitoring and data entry for store openings, closings, repairs, and vendor changes ensuring accurate, timely activations and deactivations. Prepare clear and concise reports for leadership on security operations, budgets, and project updates. Collect data, provide reporting on projects, monitor progress and costs, and ensure quality control for all security initiatives. Ensure full compliance with corporate security policies and local legal standards; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 4+ years of security management, retail environment experience is a plus. Familiarity with Genetec, C-Cure and MicroKey platforms is highly desirable. Knowledge of CCTV systems, security protocols, and equipment maintenance Ability to respond to emergency needs during nights and weekends. Strong sense of personal integrity and discretion with confidential information. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.

Benefits The annual base salary range is $61000 - $67000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
