Hegira Health, Inc. (HHI) is a recognized leader in community-based behavioral healthcare and a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving persons of all ages in the western and downriver regions of Southeastern Michigan. HHI is one of Michigans largest freestanding, integrated behavioral health care organizations, providing a wide variety of mental health and substance use disorder treatment services to individuals of all ages since 1971.
Oakdale Recovery Center (ORC) - provides withdrawal management and short-term residential treatment services to adults with substance use disorders, many whom have mental health disorders as well.
REQUIREMENTS :
- A Masters Degree from an accredited college or university, specializing in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field
- Michigan social work or counseling license issue by LARA (Required)
- CAADC or CADC certificate or development plan through MCBAP (Preferred)
- Five years experience in the behavioral health field
- Three years of supervisory experience in a SUD setting
- Experience with personnel and facility management, data, risk-management, program development, quality improvement initiatives, and evidenced-based practices

Clinical Management
Provides clinical and operational oversight of Oakdale Recovery CenterRecommend clinical content of programOversee implementation of clinical quality of careEnsure clinical program and delivery of services meets payor expectationsEnsure efficient, effective workflow and structured schedule meeting all clinical, quality and financial goalsFacility Management
Serve as liaison to landlord, HHI Purchasing, food / meal vendorMonitors and ensures safety of facilities within and outside of Oakdale buildingFiscal Management
Participate in annual budgetary processEnsure adherence to FY budget by monitoring expenditures to maintain budgetary limitationsLead and or assist with RFPs, grant applications, securing additional sources of funding, etc.Monitor and ensure daily census meets or exceeds budget goalsOngoing
Regular Meeting Attendance, including but not limited to payer provider meetings, HHI quality management meetingsCoordinate and facilitate payer auditsDevelop, submit, and monitor outcomes of corrective action plans / plans for improvement, as requiredServe as liaison to IT between ORC, IT and AdministrationMake training recommendations in keeping with payer expectations and or new programming plans / opportunitiesCoordinate with Quality Department changes to ORC policy and procedures
