Key Responsibilities – Field Service Account Manager, Sales Representative
- Own day-to-day relationship management for an assigned book of business
- Meet service standards and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate product deliveries as needed to support customer commitments
- Participate in a weekend call rotation after training
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure best-in-class customer service
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business to grow the territory
