Graphic / UI-UX Designer Location :

You’ll own creative across campaigns, channels, and platforms :

  • Landing Pages → Turn cold traffic into loyal customers with CRO-driven design.
  • Spec Sheets → Simplify technical data into clear, persuasive visuals.
  • Ad Creatives → Build thumb-stopping designs for Meta, Google, TikTok & more.
  • Email Assets → Craft polished visuals that boost open & click rates.
  • Thumbnails & UVPs → Make designs that grab attention and sell benefits, not features.
  • Amazon A+ Content → Enhance listings with high-converting branded visuals.
  • Here, you won’t just “support” marketing — you’ll be the creative engine fueling growth. 💡 What You’ll Do Design high-converting landing pages with UI / UX best practices.
  • Create spec sheets, static ads, and thumbnails that drive action.
  • Deliver eye-catching email assets for campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Work with marketing & product teams to test, iterate, and optimize designs based on real performance metrics.
  • Own creative direction with autonomy ✅ What We’re Looking For 4+ years of professional Graphic & UI / UX design experience.
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) .
  • Strong portfolio of landing pages, ads, and product visuals that convert.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce, CRO, and buyer psychology.
  • Ability to translate marketing briefs into revenue-driving design.
  • Fast, organized, and self-driven in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Bonus Points Experience in ecommerce, safety gear, tactical, or outdoor brands .
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta / TikTok / Google Ads platforms .
