Key Responsibilities
Execute territory growth plans targeting complex contractor accounts
Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Mentor and coach less experienced sales team members while contributing to sales strategy
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology markets
Proven ability to sell in complex environments, including multi-location accounts
Deep understanding of the sales process and consultative selling approaches
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
