Job Purpose

The Senior Salesforce Architect will lead the architectural design, integration strategy, and implementation for a multi-org Salesforce environment. This role ensures smooth integration between Salesforce instances, supports post-transaction system alignment, and provides coverage during the current architect’s maternity leave. The architect will guide system strategy, maintain platform integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architectural design and strategy across multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Manage end-to-end integrations between Salesforce instances and enterprise systems.
• Support post-transaction alignment and system consolidation efforts.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during the current architect’s temporary leave.
• Provide guidance and best practices for Salesforce platform adoption and configuration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain system documentation and integration blueprints to ensure platform consistency.
