Hours are M-F 8am-5pm
Pay ranges from $55,000 - 60,000
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities :
Welcoming candidates and escorting them to interviews
Assisting with preparing job offers, including background and drug test processCoordinating and facilitating new hire orientationValidating new hire I-9 informationAssigning peer coaches for new employeesAssisting with changes in staffing needsReview, submit, and approve time for PayrollAssist with employee benefit administrationTraining & DevelopmentSchedule and coordinate employee training and orientation
Monitor training completion to ensure on time completion of required learningLearning Management System Administration (as necessary)New employee coach program follow up and administrationPerformance ManagementEstablishing and monitoring employee performance review process
Partner with management team on the development plans of employeesEmployee EngagementCoordinating distribution of service awards and tracking of recognition programs
Coordinating town hall meetings and action planningMaintaining common area standards for break room, training room, and communication boards.As associate needs arise direct employees to appropriate partners.Maintain documentation of current Affirmative Action Program, Accommodation Interactive Process, and other compliance related programs.Other duties as assigned.Education / Experience :
The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and / or GED required.Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.2+ years of relevant work experience.Required Qualifications / Skills :
