UIG is currently seeking a VSA Plant Manager located in Kingman, AZ. As the sole UIG teammate responsible for this location, the successful candidate is required to be proficient in air separation plant technology and have knowledge / aptitude in mechanical systems, electrical systems, instrumentation, and process operation controls. The VSA Plant Manager must be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative in resolving issues, planning, completing required maintenance, and managing site operations. This position requires 24 / 7 on-call availability. Occasionally, overnight travel may be required for training and / or plant support activities.

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations.

Oversee daily operations to meet production goals and optimize efficiency.

Manage maintenance schedules and ensure equipment reliability.

Perform routine maintenance on process equipment.

Responsible for managing the plant's operating budget.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
