Required Skills and Experience :
- Can support Store Manager in leading store team in achieving both store and company goals
- Is a role model to the team in both personal sales performance as well as customer engagement
- Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, & ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to coach team with specific and timely feedback
- Ability to plan, delegate, and follow up on store tasks
- Responsible for managing store and team productivity in Store Manager absence
- Enjoys high level of customer interaction
- Responsible for store operational functions
- Maintains excellent visual presentation standards
