• Licensure Requirements : DEA and CSR required\n
• Hours : 7 am - 3 pm / Call Hours : 3 pm - 7 am\n
• Call scheduled? Every 3rd night\n
• Supervision : All CRNA practice\n
• Type of cases required : ENDO, OB, GYN, PEDs, General, Vascular, ORTHO, ENT, Acute Pain, Outpatient surgeries. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals.\n
• Number of ORs : 3\nThe Independence Difference : \n
