Project Manager
Stanford University is seeking a Project Manager in the Division of Vascular Neurology (Stroke) to take projects from original concept through final implementation on contained risk assignments (projects have mechanisms or managerial controls to minimize risk). Work is typically comprised of 50% time contribution towards project leadership and 50% as a technical contributor.

Master's Degree in relevant field.
Education & Experience (Required) : Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years relevant experience or a combination of education and experience. Experience in management of projects of moderate size / complexity with limited performance risk, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Required) : Polished written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences. Ability to productively engage and influence cross-functional teams. Demonstrated project management ability to employ integration, scope time management, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement components. Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem solving skills in a variety of situations. Depth of knowledge in technical discipline / domain needed to deliver projects.
Physical Requirements
Working Conditions : Travel locally and cross-university. May travel off-site and / or out-of-state for conferences, scientific or trial-specific meetings.

The expected pay range for this position is $125,600 to $147,402 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
