Certified Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to drive success in a critical role within a high-functioning team.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective collaboration within Scrum teams

Set up and manage JIRA Boards to create Agile documentation and monitor team progress

Collaborate with stakeholders to align team efforts with customer objectives and report on team performance metrics

Required Qualifications

US Citizen with the ability to obtain and / or maintain a government clearance

Bachelor's Degree preferred

8+ years of software project experience, including 5 years on Agile teams

5+ years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification required
