A company is looking for a Cash Posting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Post patient and insurance payments accurately and timely, and reconcile posting files with deposits
Meet productivity standards and report any payment posting issues to leadership promptly
Assist in training team members and participate in preparing reports and special projects
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare payment posting experience or EFT deposit and ERA file processing
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
Flexibility to perform additional tasks as needed
