The Boeing Company is seeking an Industrial Security Manager to join the Enterprise Classified Security team in Richardson, TX. The individual will manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Programs (SAP), and other restricted or proprietary levels and achieve all operational goals.

Position Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor employees performing security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, conducting security inquiries, overseeing compliance assessments implementation security controls protecting personnel, information and equipment
• Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company program operations
• Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Assist with team members' professional development and growth
• Participate in special projects to solve business unit or enterprise issues
• Provide backup support to the Senior Industrial Security Manager at the site
