Remote Hospitality Scheduler
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Remote Hospitality Scheduler.
In this role, you will help clients design and book unforgettable cruise vacations worldwide in addition to flights, hotels, resorts, rail services, excursions, transfers, and events. This includes researching and arranging cruise lines, staterooms, excursions, transfers, pre- and post-cruise stays, special events, and more.
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy helping others, communicate effectively, and thrive in a flexible, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities :
Research and book cruise itineraries and packages
Research and arrange reservations across multiple services
Assist clients with selecting staterooms, excursions, and upgrades
Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and needs
Manage all aspects of cruise reservations and related services
Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and regulations
Resolve booking or reservation issues promptly
Maintain accurate client records
Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities
Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Requirements :
Citizenship in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Smartphone with internet access (laptop or desktop is also recommended)
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Previous personal booking or hospitality experience is a plus
