The Music Sales Specialist is dedicated to achieving individual sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the store by delivering exceptional customer service and taking on senior-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Exceed personal sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Enthusiastically promote our Music & Arts lesson program to attract students.
• Build strong networks within local schools, churches, and community organizations to enhance business opportunities.
• Develop lasting customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations using training skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every visitor.
• Encourage and foster customer loyalty.
• Engage in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, display management, and store upkeep.
• Maintain store security protocols including managing keys and personal alarm codes.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
