Behavioral Health LPN

Overview We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN), internally referred to as LPN or LVN, in our Adult Psych Acute unit. As an LPN / LVN in our Psych Unit, you will provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, focusing on tasks like monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with patient care. Shift's Available : Nights Employment Type : Full Time Hours : 12 hour shifts, 7 : 00pm - 7 : 00am Location : Riverview Regional Medical Center, Gadsden, AL Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare :

• Provide direct and indirect patient care services which requires technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care
• Meets the communication needs of the patient and family
• Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Nurses provide CPR, Patient Care, Update Documentation, Specimens, Wound Care and Vital Signs Qualifications Education and Work Experience Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have :
• current and valid Alabama state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
