Our team manages complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, supporting high-voltage substation construction and modernization. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong scheduling expertise to oversee project execution and contribute to our continued success in the energy sector. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and present detailed Primavera project schedules for all assigned projects. Collaborate with project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and procurement to ensure scheduling accuracy and consistency. Promote the use of project schedules as active management tools for EPC execution. Analyze and verify schedule logic, identifying and correcting errors or omissions. Perform time-impact analyses in coordination with project management to evaluate delays or scope changes. Support preparation of schedule narratives, correspondence, and change order documentation. Ensure timely incorporation of delay events and approved change orders into project schedules. Generate and deliver monthly schedule reports and key performance metrics. Coordinate across internal departments—including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning—to align on project timelines. Review project contracts to identify and integrate milestone activities. Document project events impacting schedule, scope, or efficiency. Qualifications 5–10 years of scheduling experience within engineering or construction project management, ideally within substation construction. Demonstrated experience with full project life cycle management. Expertise in EPC project delivery methods and project controls, including scheduling, estimating, cost control, and procurement. Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work creatively and collaboratively. Excellent communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Self-motivated and adaptable, with proven leadership and relationship-building skills.
