What's the work like? You will :
- Design & Architect : Build and evolve scalable data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) to power decision-making across the company.
- Bring Data to Life : Create engaging dashboards and visualizations in PowerBI that turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Engineer & Integrate : Develop reliable APIs and Python integrations that connect our data platform with core business applications.
- Be a Full-Stack Data Pro : Work across the data spectrum—from architecture and ETL processes to analytics, visualization, and API development.
- Lead & Mentor : Share your expertise with junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
- Partner & Deliver : Collaborate closely with a Product Owner in an agile framework to continuously roll out enhancements and deliver real value.
- Champion the User : Provide proactive support and demonstrate strong customer focus for the tools and solutions you help create.

You have to have :
5+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years in full-stack data roles.Deep knowledge of BigQuery / GCP, advanced SQL, PowerBI, and Python (including API development and integrations).Proven experience designing and engaging PowerBI dashboards and visualizations.A builder's mentality—excited to shape a platform in a small, fast-moving team environment.A natural mentor who enjoys guiding and growing others.Comfortable working in an agile framework with iterative development and rapid delivery.Bonus Points If You Have...
