Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate Service and Logistics : Assign and schedule deliveries, service calls, or tasks while ensuring resources are optimally allocated to meet deadlines.
- Communication Hub : Serve as the central point of contact between drivers, technicians, and customers, providing real-time updates and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor and Track Progress : Use technology systems to track the movement of resources and ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Problem Solving : Proactively handle unexpected changes or delays, adjusting schedules accordingly and keeping relevant parties informed.
- Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns related to scheduling and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of schedules, completed tasks, and communication logs for reporting and compliance purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Previous experience in logistics, scheduling, or customer support roles is a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused attitude.Comfortable working with scheduling software, communication tools, and other relevant platforms (e.g., CRM systems).Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and coordination tasks.
