Compensation : Starting at $26+ / hour (based on experience)
Schedule : 4-day workweek, Monday–Thursday, 7 : 45 AM – 5 : 00 PM. Opportunity for additional hours at sister locations if desired.

About the Role
Enamel Dentistry at The Grove is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily clinical operations, support and mentor team members, and ensure patients receive exceptional care in a modern, cosmetic-focused practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, crowns, and smile makeovers, or demonstrate strong interest and eagerness to grow their skills in this area.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all clinical operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
Mentor and train dental assistants, providing guidance and support for clinical excellence
Support cosmetic and restorative procedures, including veneers, crowns, implants, and smile design cases
Utilize and manage dental software programs, including OpenDental, BlueNote, XDR Imaging, Modento, Jarvis, iTero Scanner, Pano, Digital X-rays, and Nomad
Prepare and maintain operatories before, during, and after procedures
Accurately document doctors’ notes and diagnoses during exams and treatments
Maintain proper inventory, manage ordering of supplies / materials, and ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked
Assist chairside in a wide range of procedures, including sedation, crowns, veneers, surgery, and implants
Fabricate temporary crowns, pack cord, apply fluoride, and perform coronal polishing
Enforce OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
Actively participate in daily morning huddles and team meetings
Foster a positive, team-first culture while delivering an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
Active RDA license and X-ray certification (required)
4+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
2+ years of experience in a Lead or Senior RDA role strongly preferred
Experience or eagerness to learn cosmetic dentistry techniques
Current BLS / CPR certification
Proficiency in dental software and digital tools; OpenDental and iTero experience preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation to and from work
