About the Role

As a Repair Assistant , youll support our experienced technicians on jobs, help prepare materials and tools, handle basic paperwork, and interact with customers. This is a great way to break into the trades, gain hands-on experience, and grow into more responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in repairs on shingle and flat roofs, including TPO, and siding repairs
• Load tools and materials onto the truck each morning and clean it out at days end
• Help complete basic job paperwork and logs
• Support customer communication and on-site coordination
• Follow the production schedule and arrive on time to all job sites
• Lend a hand around the office when needed
