A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist for an OCONUS Government Contract.
Key Responsibilities
Review government RFQs and request quotes from vendors / subcontractors
Create and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for government approvals
Track all PRs and POs for approvals, funding, and closeout
Required Qualifications
At least two (2) years of experience in procurement-related activities
At least three (3) years of experience in a Facilities Maintenance related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products
Ability to work effectively under minimum supervision
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
