MetroStar is seeking a Director, Growth Operations to serve as the right hand to our Chief Growth Officer (CGO), driving operational excellence, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact, strategic role designed to accelerate the performance of MetroStar's growth organization while ensuring seamless integration with the broader company. What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will partner with MetroStar's CGO to anticipate market shifts, surface opportunities, and shape the company's long-term growth agenda. You'll drive strategic alignment across teams, ensuring bold initiatives are translated into clear priorities and executed effectively. Acting as an extension of the CGO, you'll represent growth perspectives in executive forums, provide structured analysis for critical decisions, and build frameworks that guide resource allocation. Each day, you'll blend big-picture thinking with operational discipline to maximize the impact of MetroStar's growth strategy.

What Success Looks Like
TARGET SALARY : $170,000- $232,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including :
