Alternate Week On-Call Responsibilities

The Plant Maintenance / I&E Technicians role is to maintain and repair of the production related equipment in the Air Separation Unit such as compressors, pumps, motors, valves, gauges and vessels.

Job Responsibilities

Working around High voltage Electrical equipment, compressors, pumps, motors, valves and cryogenic process equipment.

Perform basic disassembly and rebuild of mechanical equipment, changing out pumps, mechanical seals, collect vibration readings, collect oil sample, Greasing rotating equipment.

Perform basic low voltage electrical system maintenance, process control loop and readout calibrations.

Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks and documents in the CMMS system.

Learning ASU Process

Will be sharing On-Call responsibilities.

The hourly base pay range for this position in Coatesville, PA is $35.00 - $40.00. Please note that the hourly base pay information is a general guideline only. Required Qualifications

~ High school diploma required.

~ Electrical experience required.

~2 – 5 years of industrial plant / cryogenic plant experience preferred.

~ Experience working with Multi Meters (Fluke Multi Meters).

~ Understanding of control valve functions and Instrument Calibration, Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter etc.

~ Experience troubleshooting equipment in a plant environment.

~ Comfortable working in a non-air conditioned environment.

~ Able to climb and work on heights (165 ft).

~ Computer Experience.
