Clinical Quality LPN

Equity Staffing is seeking a skilled Clinical Quality LPN for a temporary-to-hire position. This onsite opportunity is located in San Antonio, TX. Our client is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing medical care.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to members to discuss medication non-compliance, schedule pharmacy appointments, and gather provider information.
• Answer inbound calls from members, assist with inquiries, and route calls as necessary.
• Document member interactions accurately in provider or member records.
