Counselor Supervisor – Licensed Professional

BayMark Health Services is seeking a licensed Counselor Supervisor to guide a dedicated team of Counselors and Counselors In Training in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients on their recovery journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and mentor Counselors and Counselors in Training (if applicable)
  • Oversee treatment planning, compliance, and documentation
  • Support patient care with a holistic, non-judgmental approach
  • Ensure program excellence in alignment with company standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Active LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LAC (with CCS)
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience in substance use or mental health treatment preferred
