Locum Physician (MD / DO) - Pediatrics - General / Other - $175 to $200 per hour in Buckhannon, WV

Pediatrics, Weekend Call - West Virginia Locums Weekend pediatric hospitalist coverage needed in West Virginia; a great PRN fit for physicians seeking low-volume inpatient call without weekday obligations. Highlights 1 weekend per month, ongoing coverage Call-only; not required to be onsite unless high-risk delivery Low-volume Level 1 nursery Open to IMLC Pediatricians Practice Setting Small, community hospital setting Team includes 2 OBs, 4 CNMs, and standard hospital staff 25-bed facility with 360 annual deliveries EPIC charting system Schedule 24-hour call shifts from Friday to Monday morning Providers not required onsite for routine deliveries Call primarily remote; in-hospital presence only if needed Cases and Procedures Cover nursery and any inpatient pediatric census Level 1 nursery with basic procedures only Most high-risk deliveries referred out Requirements Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years (Pediatrics) West Virginia license or IMLC LOQ PALS and DEA required Travel Accommodations Airfare, mileage, lodging, and rental car fully covered This is a great part-time locums option for Pediatricians who want predictable, light inpatient calls.
