Are you passionate about food service and motivated to make a positive impact? Correct Choice Inc. is seeking dedicated Food Service Staff to assist in meal preparation at Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Correctional Institution in Rhinelander, WI. This is your opportunity to contribute to high-quality food service operations while supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train in food preparation and tray assembly.
  • Ensure timely and efficient meal service, adhering to production plans and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in meal preparation and serving, maintaining portion control and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with security policies, including tool and equipment management.
  • Uphold sanitation standards and HACCP policies for proper food handling procedures.
  • Assist with inventory, receiving, storage, and ordering of food and related items.
  • Prepare work schedules and ensure adherence to operational procedures.

  • No experience necessary, We'll train you!
  • Supervisory experience and familiarity with correctional environments are a plus.
  • Food safety certification or ability to obtain certification required.
  • Ability to motivate and supervise team members.
  • Strong judgment, independence, and adherence to safety procedures.

    • Physical Requirements

    This role may include extended walking and standing, occasional bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and requires uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
