What We Are Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

A keen eye for fashion, trends, and product curation

Proficiency in Excel and Reports Driven- Pivot Tables, V-Look up, data manipulation

Ability work full shifts sourcing the LA Mart and tradeshows

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently

3 to 5 years of CURRENT working in or with vendors in the LA fast fashion MART

Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required

  • Strong buyer that understands how to analyze reporting to make informed decisions when pulling styles in the mart for clients

Responsibilities

Source products in the LA Mart and trade shows.

  • Run, manipulate and analyze weekly sales data for numerous clients

    • Maintain meticulous records of orders, ship dates, and tracking

    Communicate with vendors to gather product information, pricing, and availability

    Assist in product selection to ensure alignment with each clients needs and market trends

  • Manage OTB for multiple accounts

    • Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years experience buying with vendors in the LA MART
  • Strong vendor relations with Domestic and Import vendors
  • High proficiency in EXCEL

    • Strong understanding of Google Sheets

  • Strong proficiency in retail math and OTB
