JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Corporate Infrastructure Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for innovating and improving technology deployment and operational processes to ensure our corporate offices worldwide receive world-class IT Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT deployments, operations or engineering within a large organization, managing infrastructure deployments globally, and a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that meet customer demands on time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Define and implement deployment KPIs, establish mechanisms for performance measurement, monitoring, and deviation alerting.
- Drive accountability for global infrastructure deployment performance and quality, including conducting regular review sessions and escalation when necessary.
- Act as a senior leader escalation point, driving change based on feedback.
- Implement Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement practices to enhance quality and efficiency in deployment and operational processes.
- Enhance demand and capacity tracking, scheduling mechanisms, and reporting for global infrastructure deployments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Industry Experience Required :
At least 7 years of experience in program or project management with a focus on IT infrastructure.
Experience working with data center or corporate infrastructure and / or operations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or equivalent professional experience.
