A company is looking for a Sr. Desktop Site Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot application, network, and hardware problems
Provide onsite and remote technical support for mobile devices and assist with user rollouts
Document and train users on common problems and solutions while maintaining the MDM system
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of computer hardware / software support experience with Mac and Windows Operating Systems
Strong understanding of Google Sheets / Microsoft Office
Knowledge of one or more Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
Advanced technical and application troubleshooting abilities
