Wesley Health Centers - Downey Full Time Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 PM Extended hours available / Flexibility in scheduling available Employed Average Patients seen : 18 to 22 patients daily Call Schedule : None Loan Repayment Compensation : - $260,000 to $280,000 based on experience Benefits : - Relocation Assistance if Out of State- Medical / Dental / Vision - 401k - 1 Week for CME Plus $1,500k Allowance - 2 Weeks Vacation Time - 8 Hours Sick Time- 11 Paid Holidays, 2 Paid Floating Holidays Additional Info : This Pediatric provider will evaluate, treat, and provide medical management of pediatric / adolescent patients in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and pediatric care team. Responsibilities include direct patient care, staff consultation, training / mentoring of students and midlevel providers, coordination of assigned patient panels, quality assurance activities, participation in HEDIS / population health, and applying the AIDET communication model to improve outcomes and patient experience.Requirements : - Current / unrestricted CA Physician & Surgeon License- Current / unrestricted DEA Certificate- Current BLS / CPR (AHA / ARC)- Current / unrestricted NPI enrollment- Ability to travel site-to-site- Experience with diverse populations- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus- Board Certified preferred
